Our day programs are committed to advancing care, creating opportunities for socialization and interaction, and promoting the autonomy of the IDD community.
When PASS started in 1997, there was a long service waiting list. Individuals in our part of the DD spectrum were told it might be up to 25 years before their name was “called.” Thus, PASS was started, and the Day Program began operations on January 19, 1998.
This was the beginning of our adventure.
Today
PDX PASS currently serves nearly 50 clients, and PASS Milwaukie serves approximately 35 clients.
PASS continues to serve individuals with developmental disabilities out in the community, and at our locations in Portland on SE Division St., and Milwaukie on McLoughlin Blvd.

In-Center Activities
At PASS, we provide a variety of in-center activities for our individuals to participate in, both 1:1 with a staff member, or in a group. From skill-building to entertainment, and everything in between.
Community Activities
We love getting out into the community! We have many different community inclusion choices, and support our clients to in traveling to both places they already enjoy going, and new ones!
